Your cooking is focused very much (in fact only) from the region you are from. Try these things - BisibeleBaath (one pot Rice dish), Lemon Rice (very popular with leftover rice), Vermicilli Upma, Rava Upma, Khaman Dhokla, Gujarati Kadhi, Gatte Ki Sabzi, Dal Bhatti Choorma, Panchmel daal. There are a TON of recipes you can experiment on and that way you can show your viewers how not to be afraid of trying new food. And maybe customize those recipes for your own taste. All the best.
