If the reports are true that Warren has the greenlight from Ownership to spend; Then in Free Agency, we need at least 2 Veteran Highlevel Offensive Linemen. We can draft 2 more in the draft with our Top 4 picks. Trey Smith and a Center should be the Vets. We also need a DT and DE, on Defense. Some of our Linemen are decent; But Chris Morgan is garbage.

Forget Vrabel, What has Vrabel or the Titans really done. He had Derrick Henry as his Main Offense. We NEED a Offensive HC or an Offensive MasterMind Calling Plays and holding the Offense accountable. If we can somehow get an Offense that can average 25 points. I believe the defense will hold most of the time. A Good Offense would fire up this Defense. Can we have a good Offense for 1 time in a Bear's Fan lifespan?

The bears players in the locker room pretty much have forced the hand of the front office to make a hire for a no non sense head football coach who will not tolerate stupidity and lack of discipline. The head coach will have to be someone who won't shy away from truth. Tell the players how things are going to be and won't settle for less. Plus Ryan Poles put himself on the hotseat for keeping eberflus around. So if Ryan Poles is GM, he would go vrabel to stabilize the locker the team to playing as a team and playing competent football and build from there, or he can roll the dice on ben johnson or any other qb whisperer or super genius offensive coordinator not named Sam Wyche and hope and pray it works because if not he'll be fired.
