Congrats to to you two, and about the dragon fruit, you planted the plant far away from the pole where the roots are supposed to attach their roots to, so the best option is to uproot them n plant them near the pole where u can tie the plant against the pole using a string or rope and take care not to tie so tight isikatike, if you leave it like that or tie it while its far its likely to break very easily, something else to note it doesnt need lots of water once a week is enough, coz its from the cactus family

I really admire how you guys in the villages use a lot.of vegetables in your diets, and not worry about eating a lot of meat. I can see that obesity is not a problem, maybe itt from having vegetables as a main source of protein. Anyway hopefully your back gets better soon. That is like a vegetable omelet. The egg shells are good for composting for the garden.

If you hit the termites off the post...they will spread all over the yard and even into the house to eat the wood in the house and make trails on the concrete...you just need to spray these insects with organic spray that you can get in the agricultural store....nevertheless, I love your house and especially your kitchen garden. Also I love how you interact intelligently in the video...Your advice on relationships is very mature and I love your discussions as you work and entertain us...very amusing and lively....it is true that if you dont find a partner in college you will have a hard time finding one when you leave college...I heard that also when I went to college in Jamaica..... Also..You said that your stomach is much better since you are eating fresh organic veggies...which is good...because you are putting more alkaline food in your stomach which is soo good for the body...the slime in the leaves help with smooth elimination...also you need a nozzle on your hoze or Colin can use his fingers to form a spray to water the veggies so heavy on the soil and plants... on the veggies....watching from Jamaica...enjoyed this video.

Great unedited content as usual! In the U.S soup is not called gravy. Gravy is a thick sauce, usually thickened with corn starch or flour. It's poured over mashed potatoes, steak, baked chicken, turkey e.t.c.

Maybe you guys can build generic equipment from the stuff around the compound, like simple weights, and even walking 3 times a week that is also a way of kerping fit. Here in Jamaica many persons just only do only simple walking. Linet wishing you recovery on your back pain, in the meanwhile take it easy, so it doesn't get any worse , caz that pain can linger for years. ❤❤❤❤from the 🇯🇲

My Mom told me when I was growing up that we should remove the eye in the egg this way it doesn’t have a raw of fishy smell. When you break the egg in the bowl you will see 2 white thing that’s looks like eye, when you remove them with a folk or spoon them the eggs are much nicer & delicious
