Charlow you are great husband. The juice in the cabbage is juice, not gravy. Gravy is a sauce that is cooked with meats. Gravy has to be cooked. Pressing the cabbage is juicing the cabbage. Love your vlogs.

Chalow best to go with that is cassava, just peel it and cut abt three inches long and just boil with little salt. We in the Pacific eat cassava like that with soups, you’ll never regret it. Goes with sweet potatoes and arrow roots which we call taro.

In UK, rich people or most people with houses with a big yard/compound, they actually have the same fence as yours. They don't put bricks around their house. No-one wants to wake up and see bricks, they want to see nature. Not a lot of nature this side so people value nature sooo much. Pliz l hope you never remove that beautiful fence and put bricks.

Great content and very informative really love your kitchen garden we use to cook bone soup when we were children we only add water and onions nothing else we like sucking the on the bones for marrow gristle we try to break it apart at the joints, big giant bones we used to cook in a huge big pot then we would add rice to the soup with out the bones parents would just slow cook it was that coleslaw you was making so when do you add the vinegar or you can leave it like that because I’m allergic to all citric acids we are praying she feels better with time Sending much love and prayers your way

Next time try cutting cabbage into small/thin silences as Linet says, sprinkle some salt and massage well, it will also oooze the juices wih much ease, then bottle it up. Nice content you've got. Raw and uncut i love it here.
