But other players deserve some kind of respect. Professional treatment of some sort. Blom just joined the team and now someone must make a way for him. ? What do you so when the very same Blom doesn't perform? You call the very same player that was treated with no respect to come in and rescue the team after the management showed zero faith on the said players......some things requires a very young thinking. Players are human beings as well and deserve to be treated as such. If the coach gets too excited because of new players, that will be a recipe for immediate disaster as one is like to lose the dressing room.
