She can only come as a student, apply study Visa for her. She can't be your dependants. You can try family Visa but you must have had settled status in the uk

@@AdaKings once I get a settled status can she apply for a PLR if she is on a Post study visa or student visa THERE was a clause in the immigration section that said so.There was mention that even financially dependent children who do not have an independent status and for study purpose they are away from parents then they are entitled to get dependent visa if they are over 18.
