Yess, the job will require LMIA+, and yes dapat tlaga nakaready na for example un WES, English Exam, Docs from Employer etc.

May I know how this is helpful for international students with OWP? Just curious because spouses or partners will only have open work permit and not through LMIA. Also, this stream got full already in Alberta on the day it launched 😅

Hello Kat, students and spouses can obtain an approved lmia to switch to a closed work permit. I already had a student before who did that po. 😊 Yes, unfortunately the stream is already full, wait for another round to open again, or check the BCPNP for similar program - bc pnp will not require lmia by the way.

International students can get an LMIA as well. I know that its an extra step and its not easy to get, but it is another option that leads to PR. I had some students that got one and went through this program.

If someone is an international graduate from a course that does not specialize in tourism, for instance business management, and still accumulates 6 months work experience in alberta in any of the tourism/hospitality job profiles would they be eligible for this pnp?

Requirement po is dapat 1 employer for 6 months in Alberta. So better gain the experience in Ab po.

You can apply, as long as you have all the necessary docs po, met criteria, and apply as soon as they have a slot again!

pwede naman po, may edge lang un mga nasa hospitality na, as long as you can get the job offer with +lmia and gain experience, apply as soon as possible po, better yet also consider BC po. 😊

They did not specify that you need the express entry profile like other streams, you just need to make sure to meet the criteria, and submit your expression of interest thru their online portal, upload all the documents required. They have limited nomination certificates for this stream so better submit as soon as possible.
