Can you please tell me where I can go to fill out for ssdi in Georgia ? Like what web site etc. and then if you guys can help me with my case I would like that. I’ve had 3 back surgeries and a list of other issues. I am 46 yrs old. I would write down my extensive list of health issues but it comes out srong and I’m taking the wrong way a lot of times. But please direct me to what and where I need to apply. And it is ssdi not ssi that I need correct???
