Good Omens animatic | Can’t Help Falling In Love [dark ver.]

This is my first video and second animation, if you can call it that, so please excuse my noobyness. That being said I would love getting some tips and constructive criticism. And I’ve got to say It was surprisingly fun to make.
Summary:
Aziraphale is sure these feelings must be a sin. So why does he, an angel, feel them? Can a demon love an angel? Can a demon love at all? He must know, this dance has gone on for one to many centuries.
Long backstory:
Post Armageddon’t. Aziraphale and Crowley keep in touch a little more and they meet quite often for drinks or dinner. But there’s always a bit of tension in the air that no one dares to mention in case the other one hadn’t noticed it. And they go on like that for a while, neither of them knowing what the next step is now that they’re free to do what they wish.
Aziraphale is still very confused with if all this really is right. He feels like this is wrong, that this surely isn’t what the almighty had planned for him. And these feelings that he feels for someone he shouldn’t care for at all, the opposite rather, he should hate him, be scared of him, wish for his destruction. And yet... What could be so wrong with him that it makes him, an angel, feel something for a demon? And the demon can surely not feel anything for him, can he? If he can feel such feelings at all.
Meanwhile Crowley has been trying to hint at his feelings for a while. He has been doing all the little things that he knew his angel would appreciate. Surely he would have noticed it by now? He must know! But he just won’t say anything because he doesn’t feel the same. If that’s the case he would want to know! If his angel doesn’t care for him like he cares for his angel he wants to know that so he can do... something.
One evening Aziraphale decides it’s no point in worrying so much if he and Crowley are going to live until the very end of the universe. So he puts down his book and walks to the nearest bus stop. This dance has gone on for one to many centuries.
The music is by Tomee Profitt feat. Brooke and the characters are from Good Omens.

Ok, first of all, your profile pic is great. And second of all, yes, I’m a little sad that they didn’t include that in the dark version. I thought to make an animatic to the original first and then I heard this one and the dramatic music just reeled me in. That line specifically was one of the ones that made me want to animate it. I didn’t even realise they only sang the one thing, though I still like this version very much. 😅 I really like the song just overall.

Seriously though, the music had me so scared that Aziraphale was going to show up only to find Crowley killed by the other angels. The tone of the music had me seeing that image through my head. I couldn't help myself from feeling so scared to the point of almost crying, and if that had been the case Aziraphale would have been devastated.

Jesselyn maxkidz Yeah when I heard the song I just had to do it!! At first I wanted to do the original but the dramatic music in this one just dragged me in! Thank you!! ^^ Yes that’s exactly what I thought! We all know they love each other and neither of them know if the love is answered and so they don’t say anything. From Crowleys perspective this story would be the light version yes, cuz his angel, the one who he has loved since the very beginning, loves him back. :’) Crowley would never admit it since he wouldn’t be able to live knowing his angel doesn’t love him. And Aziraphale wouldn’t admit it since he would feel it’s a sin, an angel can’t love a demon and a demon definitely can’t love an angel if it can love at all. So they both just live their lives wanting so incredibly much that the other one could love them when in fact they already do. And if Crowley ever confessed his love to Aziraphale the bean would be so stressed out and confused but ultimately learn to love even when he thinks it should be impossible. I’m so happy you enjoyed it! I have a speedpaint of the wall scene coming up so check that out as well if you’re interested. Rachelle Arthur Yeah, I loved how dramatic the dark version was! I just had to make it very sad and like Aziraphale was just really confused about what the right thing to do was. But then right at the end he decides that there’s really no point in worrying all the time if he’s going to live in the same world as Crowley until the end of time. And so the bean goes to buy flowers. He doesn’t even miracle them ‘cause that wouldn’t feel right to him. I think some store was miraculously still open in the middle of the night and he went there. XD I’m glad you like it! :)

Yeah that was the idea. But I felt so bad for putting him through it! The poor bean was very confused and thought there must be something wrong with him to love a demon. “Can a demon even love an angel? Can a demon love at all?” Aziraphale was so scared. :’( He made it though! He decided it was no use in worrying this much if he was going to spend the rest of time with Crowley. So he put down his book and went to him. Hope you enjoyed it even if it made you worry!

I'm not making a complaint about the art itself, it's very good, very expressive. But I don't get what's going on.
