Strange, i travelled with mine for about 4 years now (from europe to asia mostly) and nothing ever broke yet - i’m pretty happy with the quality

This is a manufacturing defect that has affected some bon air models. I have a cabin bag exactly the same as yours that had the same problem, however, it was enough to contact the brand and they sent me (without any cost) 2 new handles. I already use the new handle a long time and shows no signs that it will break. On the other hand, I have a bon air of 75cm that never changed the handles and remains impeccable after several years of travel. Manufacturing defects can happen the important thing is that the brand assumes them and solve the problem.

My AT luggage got hit by a van today, it didn't break, the wheels still work perfectly.

i have same issue (23 months already from date of purchase) and tried to complain to the reseller but they charge me for about US$40.00 for the parts

The first luggage I ever buy in my life and I got disappointed. I purchased this before the pandemic and only fly twice. I keep it on safe place, but now Both up and side Handler are broken as fuc*, it designed not to last long… I tried to contact Official store and they did not want to gave me information about the service center. As my experience on this brand, 3 years warranty is just a gimmick. It did not last that long !!

Both handles broke on 69cm Curio with only 16kg inside. Better be covered under warrenty

i had the same problem for 2 big luggage bags after 3 years..unbelievable.... those were authentic luggage bags i got from the Boutique..

I have the samsonite airspin and they are greaaat, but mines a samsonite not the american tourister version

The american tourister service is quite good. After sending the same email for a few times they replied and offered to send a replacement handle. Other companies like Samsung and LG would never do that

I placed American tourister trolley bag from Amazon but delivery not given on time and take extra 7 days time for delivery after 7 days also i can't get the product. So I contact to customer care they told product delivery not possible, and before no any details share to me about my product. I need it urgently but Amazon lost my time I can not placed it again from another apps.. shame on Amazon.. I highly recommend all buyers plz don't purchase anything from Amazon..

Thanks :) American Tourister has modified these handles on newer models but I can't tell if they quality is better. The AM customer service usually sends out free replacement handles but that can take up 8 weeks like in our case

I bought two American Tourister cabin luggages. They had exactly the same handles. They broke at exactly the same time, just a few days apart. Unbelievably cheap low quality craps.

Love my 5 years old American Tourister BonAir Luggage until the Top Rubber Strap snapped in half while lifting it to mop the floor! Suspect it must be made from lower quality rubber material in China?!
