A California restaurant owner chased down an accused thief after he allegedly attacked an elderly man. After Timothy Ratcliff saw a man punch and rob an elderly man, he ran after the assailant and tackled him. Ratcliff's girlfriend came to help him and the victim, Richard Schlesinger. She and another woman retrieved the stolen items that the thief dropped. When the thief tried to break free, she stood on his legs. Police arrived on the scene 10 minutes later.

@@united_games that isnt the meaning. It used to mean that good people get targetted by social parasites. If you help people out by giving stuff out some people take advantage. Or showing your wealth through donations can put ylu in the limelight as a target for robbers and thiefs. But nowadays sadly our legal system also punishes good samaritans because it benefits the government to have criminals running amuck in my opinion. Like i work at a gas station, when we throw away the donuts that didnt sell at night we arent supposed to give them away, for a while i did, until i had people come in 3 or 4 hours before the time we discard donuts asking for all of them, and hey can i get some sandwiches too while im at it? Oh and do you mind if i get a fountain drink too? How about a coffee?
