What are those big silver fish called? In salt water we call them look downs or moon fish. What's the fresh water fish that look like that? Awesome tank, clean.

Those are known as silver dollars. They’re characins, the same group as pacus, piranhas, and tetras. Silver dollars may be somewhat convergent with moon fish, look downs and other silvery, disc-shaped marine fish, but they are not related to them.
