Thanks Ray!! Yes, definitely a great gadget to always have nearby at all times. I think everyone should have one just in case of emergency.

Most wall warts are USB C now. How can you charge this if there isn't a USB C input

How long will take if i use hand crank to charge the poer bank fully ?
@RCEscape9 ай бұрын
with a rotational speed of 120 revolutions per minute, with 5v/0.4amps, I would say it will take you a long time :)

With only 1 solar panel and the capacity of the battery, my guess is that it would take about 2 weeks in sunny weather to top off the battery. I have no idea how long the crank would take. Anyone know?

I'd like to think that the solar panel is so you can leave it by a window for weeks on end and you don't need to recharge it every time the power goes out of it happens rarely. Basically keeps itself topped off.

Is this battery capacity really over 40k? Amazon products tend to lie about the capacity

I'm starting to think not. I just got home from a 3 day camping trip and the battery is almost completely dead. Mind you I was only using it to charge my phone, which has a 2800 mAh battery, and my head lamp which was ~75% full the first and only time I plugged it in to charge. Just one charge on my phone seems to decrease the battery life on the charger by 50%. I don't know if I just got a bad one or what but it definitely doesn't seem like it holds that much. Edit: It's actually not the phone that's causing it, it's the solar charging. It seems to be draining the battery much faster than it's recharging it, which completely defeats the purpose of the solar panel

@@JacobDrosdick well i have one myself. It was acting the same for me at first, but now its actually charging my phone a few times now. But mind you, charging your phone to full is something your phone just doesnt want to do. It likes 75 to 80% charge vs 100%. I believe the phone make it harder to charge to full on most phones, so that could of been the reason why this battery isnt charging more then once, plus battery charges slowly loses charges as time continues. So that could also be why. I do still love it, i can charge my phone a few times without worry

@@JacobDrosdick plus it does say the crank charge and solar isnt the best way to charge ur battery. So lets not always use the solar panel
