I totally love how this channel is not restricted to horror and action which were the most prominent exploitation genres but also examines other genres as in-depth and sincerely: a true love for cinema in it's best, worst and our favorite: in-between of those two. As for "Revenge of the Nerds", isn't it more of a genre crossover, ftting in both fraternity/college movies and sex comedies? (I mean, I'm mainly bringing these five cents because I think that the former part is where ROTN shines much more then in the latter). Also that was the most unexpected Kane Hodder cameo I've ever seen. And I've seen some pretty unexpected Kane Hodder cameos.

Speaking as someone who was a kid in the 80's, "hardbodies" was a term so widely known that even 12 yr old me and my friends were familiar with it. Probably because it was mainly used by douchey yuppie types and the press and media were obsessed with yuppies back then.

There’s a major flaw with this flick that only becomes apparent as you get older. Washboard abs and dimples simply cannot compete with a large bankroll. It sucks, but in real life, the rich tend to come out ahead and on top. These schmucks never would’ve needed Scotty’s help.
@Jimalcoatl6 жыл бұрын
The other flaw with this is that the skills needed to make that money are often the same skills needed to pick up chicks, so if they were wealthy of their own making, they would have been more than capable of picking up women themselves.

Aaah the 80s where people weren't all models with bodies out of a comic, hair styled to perfection, dressed in designer and teeth so white youll go blind looking at them too long. No the good looking guys and girls had a mess of hair, bodies that werenormal verging onout of shape other than athlete, teeth pionting in different directions and clothes from a charity shop. Everyone looked relatively human gotting more so down the cast you got u til it got into freakshow territory when you got to the comedy, geeky and quirky character. It was an okay sex comedy for the time, though the others you showed were better. Unfortunately, the great soundtrack has never been officially released, even though there is supposed to be a super rare LP out there in the world somewhere. At this time, I've only been able to locate 14 of the 27 songs heard in the film. Most of Vixen's tracks are available, with the exception of two - "Be With Me" and "Mr. Cool". It would be great if the other missing tracks eventually surfaced here on YT.

@@andrewstacy9094 There is supposed to be a very hard-to-find vinyl LP of the soundtrack available, as noted at the end of the movie's credits. At this time, only 14 of the film's songs have been made (recorded from the film with dialog audio) or officially released. I have all of those. If you somehow found all 28, I'd love to know where.
