Taped in b/w and colour by ATV for the US simultaneously apparently. The two sets of cameras is why they seem to be looking away from the b/w U.K. TV camera.

There is a lot held by BBC that has not been released still.

I think you’re thinking of their BBC series ‘Not Only But Also’, in which most of it but was wiped but some of the filmed segments survived and were released on DVD. This is Goodbye Again, a later ITV series which I think only had three or four episodes
