Something about the music just says, “everything is alright now, and everyone gets a happy ending.” With this being my first time experiencing SMRPG, I can see exactly why this game is so special to so many people

the way the announcement near broke the internet, I’m hoping this is. all they need now is to make a way to fit him into the MK universe officially as their newest resident. I thought Mallow would be a great member of the toads, while Geno could have something with Rosalina and the Loomas.

This. This track right here is why Yoko Shimomura is my favorite video game composer. Her rearrangement for this track is so impactful and amazing that it made me nostalgic for something I never even grew up with. This was my very first time playing Mario RPG, and I loved every second of it.

I have never been one to cry at video games, even Mother 3 didn't really get me. But this scene was pretty damn close to making me cry. This is such a beautiful composition for a beautifully masterful game.

Dude, this game!!!! 😭😭 My first exposure to this game is thanks to Christopher Niosi’s Rawest Forest from WAY back then. Song was so good, I decided to get the game on Wii Virtual Console to see the hype around the song, and I was never the same. So imaginative, so funny, fun story, and most of all, and what really carried this game, the absolute godlike soundtrack. If not for Super Mario Galaxy, the original would’ve been my favorite Mario game of all-time. THANK GOODNESS FOR THE REMAKE!!! Now thanks to the remake, Super Mario RPG is now my favorite Mario game from now until the end of time.

This track always made me feel emotional. I don't what it is about it, but it's just beautiful and loaded with emotion. Especially the little part that plays the moment Smithy disintegrates and everyone is looking as the new day comes. It really felt like I really did save the world and lost a friend in the process. This game will always have a special place in my heart.
