It's only the 2nd of November and I've already had my first Gingerbread latte of the season (liking the new cups at Starbucks, too). Christmas is the longest holiday of the year, so I don't normally get too excited until December. I definitely don't do anything Christmas related until after Remembrance Day. And if the Canada Post strike doesn't end soon I might not be doing Christmas cards this year, which sucks because I like to send cards.

I love fall and Christmas equally but living in SoCal now for my husbands work, I find it hard to get in the mood for either! Theirs no leaves turning and no snow! I never know when to break out the fall stuff or when to put it away and transition into winter. But if we ever move back to a colder climate I'll be whining because I hate driving in snow lol

Christmas longing is here. It started when stores started sell our national Christmas drink ”must” in mid-oktober, had to try it and bought a 50 cl bottle, a week later a 1.5 litre on the basis of trying the brand out. Then there was the ”yearmust” that was with liqurice this year and I was just too curious. Then I bought my chocolate calender, excuse; didnt buy it in November one year and by December they were sold out. Plus I bought some X-mas candles and a tray/candle holder for my ”advent” count down. Now it is november and I saw the new Calender movie on Netflix and just loved the X-mas feel. Seeing your tree made me want to put up my tree. Unfurtunately I live with my dad this year and I wouldn’t let me I’m sure. Anyways. Hugs.
