Hey Jonathan! I take magnesium regularly and never had that issue with nightmares. That sucks! After a quick Google search, I found out that Magnesium helps you sleep better and can therefore cause more vivid dreams. I also saw that you may be takikng too much magnesium if your dreams are that vivid. Hope this helps. Love the podcasts and keep them coming!
