Seems like it in the TCG, at least. They also hit my Yubel.

@@ThisisKyle Yea after the new ban list, Tenpai is basically unviable. Sucks but maybe MD will follow. Yubel only lost some recyclability, which makes sense. Luckily doesn’t affect you…yet.

​@blitz0590 Hopefully, they at least give me 2 Phantoms in the next ban list. Fortunately I'm pretty sure I can use Nightmare Throne to recycle the 1 Phantom back into my Extra Deck. Not sure if it works when it's Phantom Yubel leaving the field or only the other Yubel cards.
