At the age of 13, I aquired 2 tickst row 4 on the side stage. Elton Johns back was pointing at us. I was amazing but being in row 3 where my daughter said they were surounded by the rich and famous, which they were.
We were the on people in MSG to watch his hands play that keyboard. Being a lead singer, I could not believe his engey. Most importantly, Sarah got to see one of the Greatest performence of her young life. So I told her I was doing kareoke and she demanded to sing Goodbye Yellow Brick Rd. Gosh of all the songs Elton sings, it one of the toughest. Not only that he did it in a different key. Reaching his mid 60's his voice was getting deeper. Which...lol. Now I had to sing it in some sort of a Flat. So I am so embarraced to even watch this. So she is in St Pete on the phone watching this fiasko. So I just watched 1/3 and had to turn it off.
