I have seen hm 4 times once at Dodgers Stadium in 70's and at the Greek Theatre then at the Hollywood Bowl. I will see him again with my Wife and Son's as he performs my youngest went with us to see him at the Bowl now they are both experiencing Elton John at Dodgers as I did as a Teen in the 1978 ish on the grass,! Lol! Such a wonderful Classy performer! A true Artist.

Don't count on him disappearing, these acts all seem to do another tour after a few years. Look at Cher, Garth Brooks, Brooks & Dunn, just to name a few that retired. Its a way to make a killing.

His voice has deepened and dropped in range or scale ( not a criticism : he sounds wonderful ), the songs he sung nigh on half a century ago are simply no longer ‘ reachable ‘ for a darker, ‘ heavier ‘ vocal range.
