ive been watching parkour videos forever and finally decided to start trying it (pretty late since im over 30). luckily im not trying to do any crazy flips or roof gaps, just learn efficient movement and work out in a way that doesnt require a gym. your channel and a few others have given me a lot of help particularly on safety. cant thank you enough, keep doing what makes you happiest!

@@AiTechEye yeah we still have plenty of time. muscle memory is just harder to train in our old age. taking it slow to avoid injury and too much impact seems like a good plan :D

Once upon a time, I was 15 years old (2014)I started play parkour in school with my buddy, when I go youtube looking for parkour video,then I found yours. In 2016 I changed school(other stage) but I don't know why, I found my new parkour biddies. Remember when u upload a new tutorial video, I'll watch it before school and practice it with my buddies after school. I learned almost every vault (not double kong ) and 0 flip🤣, my closer parkour move to flip is wall spin, but then 2017 is my last year in secondary school I, then I graduated and stopped play parkour. My favourite move is gate vault and wall run because these two is very usefull(I know pop vault too). Miss the good old day. -Your fans from Malaysia🇲🇾
