Amazing drills, better than many long climb up videos.

PERFECT! i'v been through 5 years of parkour, but always ignored serious climb-up training. Just when I decided to really work on them (since I have the perfect spot at home and I can't really train really train outside) you just posted this excellent video. Thank you very much, it was very much needed.

What other kind of techniques can you practice at home for parkour? 🤔

I remember when I did my first climb up with both hands. Felt like I unlocked a new skill in a videogame

lol, yes I remember feeling a very similar way. It's a chapter every parkour athlete can relate with

Hey I am stuck on the reverse climb ups, I can't seem to hold my weight as I shift from my palms to gripping the corner. Also can't do the assisted hand transfer. Do you think if I keep doing the beginning excersizes I will eventually learn those next moves? I have only been training it for 3 weeks
@bringeroflight58532 жыл бұрын
Yes, absolutely. Your level of strength certainly makes or breaks things. The exciting thing is, you can only get stronger! The stronger and more capable you get, the more movement is available to you-and the more your PK Vision will flourish and expand. The best way to get better at moving is simply by moving. Your 100th climb up will undoubtedly look a lot different than your 1st one. Keep moving, keep training, and you will be able to do everything you want to do.

Do you advise smoking weed and parkouring climb ups etc

Looking back now I wish that section wasn't in there, at the time I had primarily made this vid for my students at Path Movement and it was super important to our boss to communicate how careful/clean we were being when making these videos during COVID times
