In the Imp and Skizz podcast, Doc has mentioned that he was actually pissed and that he tends to have some seriousness in these events because his audience is also invested and all the experiences and friendships in Minecraft world are somewhat real because they spend so much time and have interactions like its a reality that he, his audience and other hermits have created. Those were not his exact words but I am saying what I vaguely remember from the podcast. Also its not like there was some serious beef or anything you can see that hermits can act like rivals at one moment and next moment they have a nice chat about something life or movie related. In conclusion, yes Doc's frustration over Ore snatcher was real but not anything serious to spoil his relationship with the hermits.

I think it was joe (so did doc after this stream). The block thief was replacing docs cobblestone slabs with stone slabs on the sky island (thats what docs chat message was about), and you can see when scar picks up joes stuff that joe had a bunch of them in his inventory. Doc flooded joes base as retaliation

He puts his redstone on diamond ore to flex how rich he is, someone kept stealing it and breaking his redstone, he thought it was Cleo, so he killed her pig, she took him to court, Joe was a terrible lawyer for Doc, Judge Bdubs ruled that he had to spend two weeks in the sky as punishment with nothing but a chest of items that Cleo selected for him, and it turns out it was probably Joe the entire time.
