I was not happy you didn't know most this album has music videos but then it became refreshing to see them judged sonically alone.

These two Masters have been dropping bangers for only SEVEN YEARS. Almost 40 tracks, a mixtape, 'Quick Little Mixtape', and two sold-out live UK tours. Two former naughty boys who now talk from experience with style and precision to spit fire. They were born for this! Fortunately they have their grandsons, 91Shots and Handsome Dexter, who themselves formed a duo 'Nine and Dex', who produce all of the music. All under the label Sindhu World. Unstoppable! Also check out 'Sindhu Sesh' 'Longthorne Shotgun' 'Plugged-in with Fumez the Engineer' 'Browns' 'Gangster Sh*t' 'Mr Worldwide' 'Quick 1-2' 'The Gentlemen' 'Bermondsey' 🐐🐐

Didn't think I'd listen for an hour, but hey, good job. Mayonnaise flavored Doritos you didn't know you wanted, and at first glance looks unappealing. Though like a kid in the 80s, sat down on a Saturday morning for cartoons and a snack, and before the Superfriends was over the bag was empty, fingers licked. Come to find out Mayonnaise in the U.K. somehow turned into CoolRanch and oh what a flavor! Weird metaphor I guess, but hey Gen X 😂

As another Old Head (61) I agree on your comments about how we DO know how to have a good time. And Pete and Bas have been a source of joy for me for a few years now. I think you hit it when you pointed out one of the reasons they are so entertaining that they exude authenticity. They don’t seem to be trying to be young or something they’re not. No idea if the rumors of their past “activities” are real or not. Regardless they make me believe it in their songs. Such talent. And they are independent. Just their nephews/grandsons as their producers (Nine One Shots and Handsome Dexter) and themselves. Good on them. For two guys in their 70s, they’re killing it. BTW the Northern boys are a group of other Old Heads. Much of their songs are funny but they also have some pretty hard and dark stuff as well. They had their start on Pete Bas’s Window frame Cypher.

Bas (short for Basil/like Jazz)has a music background. Pete the short one, started taking an interest in rap from listening to his granddaughter playing in the car. He hooked up with BAs and so it began! ❤my favorite OG’s

They are independent, and I don’t think they copyright any of their videos and songs. They been rapping since 2017. You can find their interview with Fumez the Engineer about how they started rapping, as well as their live shows performances.

From an old head original hop fan appreciate the react. 🔥 Check out the first one I heard 'Mr World Wide' a couple of years back around the time of 'A Quick 1-2' to do as well. You got it right - Bas like jazz. Whirlybird is a beast. Most on the album have videos worth reacting as well. So where do you think they from? 😁
@brianlipham2658Күн бұрын
Other good ones to check out: Sindhu sesh, Mr worldwide, Longthorne Shotgun, gangsta sh, they have videos for those and they have videos for many of the songs you reacted to on the album. I think a lot of people don’t give them the chance because the assume it’s a parody. They do use some comedy but they are serious rappers and not a joke.
@neilo9265Күн бұрын
Watching your reaction had to laugh to myself when you said they're doing what they can do not trying to be more than they can and I'm thinking you ain't got to whirlybird yet. Lol😂😂

First video of yours I'm catching, thank you KZbin Algorithm Gods for bringing me another awesome reaction channel. What do YOU think of them? Also - never seen someone find Pete and Bas through the album without having seen any of their other videos first. They have a massive catalog that I think in general is better than the average Mugshot track. The essential viewing corpus includes: Plugged in with Fumez Sindhu Sesh Longthorne Shotgun Browns Action Man The Gentlemen Mr Worldwide Shuffle Window Frame Cypher I and II

You have to re listen to both T-Pain songs. They are not the same lyrics Pete and Bas did a total rewrite to include T-Pains verse

Nine and Dex made all their beats on this list and may or may not write for them who really knows...some folks like to believe in folklore...I just dont care...they preform their tracks well. side note: the T-Pain tracks had different bars same hook. Pete and Bas put out open mic challenges on YT shorts and such for some of their songs...T Pain gave them their track that way as far as the masses know.

@@julesc296 Yeah - I was being a tease. Bas is a semi-retired Notary and solicitor (ie lawyer), and part-time musician and actor, He has released a couple of albums of piano music and has entries on IMDb. His real name is out in the public domain: google "Basil Preuveneers". A search at Companies House shows the owners and directors of Sindhuworld Ltd are Jonathan Charles Lewis Gibson and Barnaby Baxter Addison. They are also behind America's answer to Pete and Bas: Frank and Maury.
