I agree 100%. Gotta say, for 2013 it probably sadly was one of the best. Have you been to Heart of Gaming (HoG) in North Acton? My friends Mark and Simeon run it... Has the VS City and Naomi cabs from Troc fully restored. I also have a couple of dance machines in there lol. As for the Goodge St cabs - They've gone to a new retro gaming arcade in Southend. If I was still living in the UK would have checked it out by now... You can do that for me and report back! lol. take it easy.

I went to goodge street a couple of days ago, thinking that the arcades were still there- it was surprising and saddening to see them all gone ! Yeah I know, the arcades couldn't be there forever and I know that Leisure casino wasn't the best arcade place in the world , but I liked going there - arcade spots are a dying breed these days, so it was cool to have one in an accessible location like goodge street. Ah well. I'll always have good memories of the place!

I haven't been to HoG yet, but I definitely will, its lookin good ! And yeah , I ain't been to southend for ages, the retro arcade place you mentioned is another spot i will have to check out ! Thanks for the heads up!

They probably moved the slots and nothing else. That said there was a pinball table down Angel last time I was there...That said I dont think it was LOTR.

Goodge street Casino was Capcoms test ground for new games, I wonder if they have another place in mind. Even Namco park is gone lame....

Hey man, it's weird seeing this vid again as all those cabs went to Heart of Gaming (Acton) and Astro City (Southend). Spoke to John Sturges at the EAG trade show in Excel this January. He still runs Vegas arcade opposite Angel tube stn with 2x Super SF AE cabs. No plans to open another arcade. If you're a Londonder, I recommend Heart of Gaming or Las Vegas arcade (LV) behind Trocadero.

No way was that location near the end of the video the same as Vega? Really strange to see so many fighting game cabs since so few locations here have them now
