Absolutely perfect review. I bought one of these after watching your review. Yes the fan is noisy, the way I deal with it is to get a speaker that's louder than the fan. Bluetooth speakers work but out of sync unless plugged directly into the projector. I wouldn't be without this now absolutely love it 👍

They're £59 now in B&M and I was contemplating buying one. I like your review, it puts it in perspective and lets us see what it's like. I'm still not sure about the vertical 480p as that puts it in a lower resolution than my 1080p TV and PC monitor which means no amount of HD input is going to be HD. Also locating one is a problem unless you have a big white wall and everything is in the right place in the room lol :) Thanks for the review, really appreciate it :)

B&M have got the LED projector now same goodmans brand but now with screen mirroring and some extra features was £139 original price down to the same £69 for the mini goodmans projector Image quality is absolutely stunning compared to the mini goes from 30" up to 200"

Not sure if you've noticed it yet, but the remote is luminous, so you can make out the buttons in the dark! Bonus!

got one the other day from b&m for 59 quid works great with the switch well worth the money got a clear display in a dark room up to 90 inches after that it starts getting a lil fuzzy

I bought one from b&m and it was worth every penny I paid for it I connect it to Bluetooth shelf speakers I got from the same place and I've got no complaints about the item. And is on my ceiling bracket bought for it to.

Aside from all of today's technology, this video has inspired me to retrieve from the loft my early 1980's Super 8 cine projector. When packed away 30yrs ago it was in good working order apart from the fact that the lamp had blown. I have all the old family holiday films when I was in my late teens/early 20's. They have never been since. That excites me and is a 'MUST DO' this weekend to see if I can get a replacement lamp and run the films in the 'Good Old Fashioned Way' !! I'll keep you informed.

I was interested in one of these but native 480p is a bit disappointing, you're gonna see pixels at that res. They could have at least sprung for a 720p chip. Fan also sounds quite noisy. Can't find any info as to how bright this thing is either, only 2000 "marketing" lumens, no ANSI lumens figure.

I have one of these and I connect the hdmi and the coloured things to my TV, but it always says no signal, and I can't seem to connect my phone to it either with Bluetooth

I think it's because you need to connect it to games console or amazon fire Stick something like that not a TV using just the hdmi lead. Hope this helps 🤞

Just get one off amazon for £61, it was 20% off so would normally be between £70 and £80. Plus it was native 1080p (None of that "supports 1080p" crap) Listed as Elephas projector but it's just an off brand one, but still can't complain, great picture.

Hi , good review! I brought one yesterday but I can’t connect my iPhone to it to watch Netflix? I got a cable from amazon but reading the comments I am guessing I have to buy the actual Apple adapter.. I’m just worried because the Apple on is 50 pounds if I’m even looking at the right one? Is this how you connected it? Do you possibly have a link to the right adapter for my iPhone to connect to it? Thanks 😊

I'm looking for a projector alot of good one's on the market for no more than £100 just now I'd love to get rid of the tv on the bedroom! It's 46in takes up alot of space! Could I connect my chro n stuff up to the hdmi ? On that is a good enough one for bedroom cheers I'm away to pick one up this week!

It's great, but I did end up buying some cheap plug in speakers from argos about for just under £10, because the built in speakers aren't great, beware you can't use Bluetooth speakers because the sound goes out of sync. 👌

I know this was a year ago but mate it's a VGA output for pc but if anyone even 5 years ago was still using VGA then damnnn they need to upgrade HDMI and/or DISPLAY PORT has been the pc standard for like 10 years now and the funny thing is before HDMI and DISPLAY PORT came out VGA was still not the standard lol it was DVI so yea that port should not really be on any device made after 2010! Most likely thing is the motherboard in that projector is old af and goodmans probably got hold of millions for super cheap.

The projector needs to bet at a perfect right angle to the wall to eliminate the blurryness at the edges. For the money though you really can't buy a better projector. The £60 cheapos on Amazon, ebay are dire in comparison.

This is not a 1080p projector, shame on Goodmans for saying it is. It's a 480p projector that can accept 1080p input. What you'll see displayed will be 480p. Having said that, it is good for the price. Adding a slight blur will make the pixels less noticible.

A lot of Projectors advertise 1080p resolution and in most cases it means it will accept a 1080p source but downscale it to 480p. It’s still impressive for the price

You can connect iPhone pairing leads to it. Don’t buy fake ones. They don’t work. Get real apple ones and they’ll last. That’s the only way you can connect your iPhone to this
