Pumpkin soup /"Good mom" channel recipe in English/ Ingredients: Soya oil or any cooking oil One big onion Two medium-sized carrot 900 grams of peeled pumpkin /without seed/ Salt One teaspoon ginger Black pepper 1.2 -liter bone soup / 5 cups of bone soup/ 5 cloves of garlic Parsley 3 tablespoon cream Few slices of tomato /soup topping/ Cooking directions: In a big sized cooking pot heat a cooking oil. Slice up an onion add to the pot and then add sliced carrots to your cooking pot also. Continue stir fry for about 1-2 minutes. After stir-frying add pumpkin, salt, one teaspoon ginger, and sprinkle some black pepper. And then add your already prepared bone soup into your cooking pot. Cover with the lid then boil your soup for about 2-3minutes. Chop the 5 cloves of garlic then add into your soup. Add some parsley and cover with the lid boil for about 10 minutes. Then blend all your ingredients, transfer your pumpkin soup into cooking pot, add 3 tablespoon cream into your soup.
