The bank scenario happened to my Dad and he just finished his transaction and left. The police contacted him later and he said he never noticed the robbers. Cops told him the robbers just watched the little old man leave.

if you ever encounter a mountain lion you’re supposed to make yourself appear bigger and more threatening by waving your arms and yelling. keep facing towards the mountain lion because they will attack if you face your back towards them. back away slowly. if it is still following you throw rocks or other objects towards it, not at it. rhett kinda nailed it.

A mountain lion saw me when I was about 5 wandering in the snow away from my family and I got away because I backed up slowly and fell down a hill and ran.
