I believe the word you're looking for is rustic, not ugly. The views, the music, and when Eli shows up, you know you're in for a good time. Love that line at the end, "It wasn't a place or a time, it was them." That's why your channel is so appreciated. In a world that can sometimes look like it's filled with darkness, you remind us there's still light, and we all need to be the light in our world. Thank you!

Good morning SL family! The fact that you built the rabbit shed from trees off your own land and it served 4 years of protection for your rabbits made it beautiful. The stinky compost will benefit your family. The bonding time spent in building what you have now is not measurable. Every year you are improving both the land and your families future. What an amazing adventure you are all experiencing! Hugs from N.C..❤

The "ugly" shelter did what it was supposed to do and it was built with what you had on hand at the time. Time came for the rabbit upgrade and repurposing of the loafing shed. As for the manure, people around here ask their farming friends if they have any to spare for their gardens - you have a never ending supply .. LOL Can't wait to see the trailer all packed up and then unloaded at CCC. There are going to be a LOT of smiles (and some tears) from that trip. And to Jeremy ... best of luck on your 25 miles ... YOU CAN DO IT!! Love and blessings to you and have a wonderful Thanksgiving! Your fan from NE Pennsylvania ❤❤

Great job on the rabbit house tear down. Glad they have a bigger shelter they can share with the sheep now. It was a beautiful little bushcraft hut, no need to be embarrassed by it in any way. As for us, we are enjoying the warmest November I have experienced in my 23+ years in Saskatchewan. That said, we only get two more days and then suddenly back to reality on Monday with some very high winds expected to blow in the arctic weather & cold temps. I have enjoyed having the extra time to do some work that needed to be done before the snow and freezing temps settle in for the winter. Enjoy your new home little sheep. As always, sending love from our acreage to yours.
