I haven't checked elsewhere, but I have to wonder if the cognito hazard has to deal with dark forest theory. The Three Body Problem trilogy continuously added more cognito worries. (Book trilogy. 1st and least worrisome is a Tencent and soon Netflix series, after the 3rd book I've got down to mild panic/hopefulness every few months after 2 years)

Fear of bugs is always funny to see. Last time i experienced fear of bugs was when I was 8 and I was bit by a black widow and I was convinced I was gonna die. I didnt die. That means bugs arent scary. Killed that fear then and there. Bugs are fuckin cool. Spiders are some of my favorite animals.
