very nice apartments, i believe renting is a much better value right now, rental prices don't seem as inflated overall for the total thai market overall compared with what sellers have started asking once you do the roi calculation.

For a person who has recently moved to Thailand for an extended stay or retirement, renting seems the right choice. You need to get a feel for a place before making a long term commitment. Things can change rapidly and having the option to move around every few months is the way to go. You might find a better place that suits you with a reasonable cost. Also if you are going the rental route, travel light. It sure makes moving easier. Try before you buy. Pay to play and walk away. Single guys motto 😎

i like your videos I know I have asked this Question before. Your Condo is Beautiful and the beach is nice. and I like where you are where it is more quiet. Is that water safe to go swimming in evry day. Seen videos of Hua Hin . Which is across the Bay . That water looks clean enough to go swimming in every day. I am not crazy about that beach. I like closer to Pattaya area. Omly a question not trying to get you mad.

The pool villa I was in that complex in 2013 I'm sure from memory they were selling for around 400k AUD and I think the exchange rate was 30ish baht per $ back then. Wish I had bought one but I was only 40 at the time. Now I'm 50 I'm ready to buy 🙂 Good video Jase.

What constitutes long term in the 51m3 unit Jason, 6 month or more? What a cool cafe 20/20 was. Pad Krapow or Somtam Moo Grob is lush. Was watching the pool villa and thinking 50-55,000/month but that was exclusive for sure.

I hope things have changed but when I lived in Bang Saray a couple of times all the garbage collected from Pattaya would wash up at high tide and the navy would send cadets to clean it up. Other than that it was a good place to live if you wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya.

@@goodvibespattaya It was when I was living there, just the occasional plastic bottle here and there, except for the times I mentioned but then it was about 8 years ago. Other than that I think you made a good choice as it's a very nice place to live and does have a small expat community. Also used to have a great market, on the right as you drove down into the town but it looked a lot smaller now when I was there last month, also a baht bus used to run to Pattaya along the Sukhumvit road pre COVID but again, I didn't notice any in March, which is great if you don't have transport. Anyway, great videos 👍

Del Mare (in Bang Sare) is a pretty place but it's VERY NOISY at times. Car stereos blasting all night are a regular occurrence on the beach front. I don't recommend it for anyone who is looking for a peaceful ocean view.
