My cart was overflowing with so many treasures on this trip to one of my favorite Las Vegas Goodwills!
Hello Everyone! Its Tiffany with Thrifting Vegas. I shop at thrift stores, estate sales, garage sales and discount stores for items I can resell for a profit on online platforms like eBay, Poshmark and Offer-Up.
I did another Friday night shop at one of my favorite Goodwills, come Thrift with Me and hear my REALLY. BIG.NEWS!!!!!!! I found amazing treasures for resale on Ebay.... learn what to bolo and what to leave on the shelf and why. I found a Yosi Brass and Onyx Seagull sculpture, a vintage metal bamboo magazine rack, a huge Talavera Platter a vintage tiered wire fruit basket and a set of red sommerso wine glasses!!! The lane cedar box was given out to teenagers when they were seniors in high school. Back in the day girls bought a cedar chest and called them hope chests. We collected home items for our future marriage. I bought my cedar chest for $125.00 in 1974

I have Lane cedar chest like that also. Usually the furniture store that gave them out has their name on the inside of the lid. Also say a rectangular glass pitcher in the video. If it’s Blenco glass I think it’s worth picking up.

I love the Mexican platter. I have a planter that is large and very heavy and looks to be almost identical to that. I bought it about 20 years ago at the Goodwill in Minneapolis, for $9.00. At the time it was the most I had ever spent on a planter, but I had to have it. I still love it as much as I did the day I bought it. Great group of items you got.

It went by quickly, but when you were in the glassware section, near the wrapped vases, I spied a San Diego Chargers logo - ( lightening bolt) on what looked like a casserole dish, or large bowl.. If still there, you should purchase for sale.. I'm sure it would sell quickly.

I literally just watched this video while getting ready for work this morning. Went to a thrift store after work looking for black candlesticks, no luck. But found a sailboat sculpture on onyx just like the bird you found. I can't read the signature to know if it's Yosi or DeMott. Yosi seems to sign on the onyx, this is signed on the metal.
