To potty train him, put a bell next to the back door. Every time you’re about to take him outside, put his paw on the bell to ring it. I trained all of my chiweenies to do this. They got the hang of it within two days. He’s beautiful. Thanks for the great videos.

I highly recommend this, as well! I’ve had dogs who just come and sit and stare for EVERYTHING they want/need. It’s frustrating for both dog and owner to have go down a verbal list of possibilities! 😂

Hang the bell off the door handle and touch his nose with the bell gently and say outside. My dog was trained in 3 days this way and rings the bell to go out.

5:50 The flowers are Chinese plum, the favorite flower in Chinese literature. Cherry blossoms (the favorite in Japan) has petals shaped differently and very often illustrated with stamens. I don’t think the teapots are sterling silver but silver plated at best. It certainly will be a fortune if it’s really silver!

Great haul, I don't have time to read all the comments but in case someone hasn't mentioned it yet the little boy picture on the back looks like it was framed by Mile High Photography, Denver Colorado is known as the Mile High City because if its elevation. And the other phrase is actually a place - Big Thompson Canyon. It is north of Denver on the way to Rocky Mountain National Park. I grew up there in the 70s and 80s. The canyon was destroyed by a flood in 1976 with a large loss of life and property, so items from both that time and that area are special and rare.

Love the teapots, but have.a bunch myself from living in Asia. However, check the glass parts because they may be jade. Jade comes in every color, not just green. I have one where the body is a translucent green with a rat on the silver top. Also, the Japanese egg cups may actually be tea cups. I’ve seen many tea sets with small cups without the handles. Great haul! Love the puppy, too!❤️

Being raised on a farm, that item at the top of the kitchen display shelf, is a butter churner. After milking "flossie", you pour the milk in the churn and sit and pump with the long stick, which has a cross bar on the bottom, until butter is formed which you then scoop off and place in the "ice box." (I'm 81, so that was a "few' years ago !!!) Did you let us know later what the actual metal is on the teapots...gorgeous; I would have purchased them all too ! 😊 Ah, sweet baby Bear!

I used to have cloth pieces of Winnie etc tigger and all with costumes. The kids played with and I lost during our many moves. One was bunny costume but the rest were cute scary.
