Today we head over to Goodwill for a quick thrift. There is so much to look at and through. And with alot of nopes I find one thing that had me fall in love with it.

That bowl is amazing. In Canada, our dollar is only worth $0.73 US right now. So if something is $10 there, it would be almost $13 here. I cannot believe the prices that these thrift stores are charging for stuff they got donated to them. It’s the same here now since the pandemic. Over priced. To me a lot of those items in that Goodwill were way too much. But it’s what someone is willing to pay for it when it comes right down to it. Nice score on the bowl.

Those stone dishes were fossils. HAND CARVED FOSSIL DISH, SMUDGING BOWL: ORTHOCERAS & AMMONITE BLACK MARBLE PLATE. They are sought after and the little one sells for about $12 and the heart shaped on for about $20-$25 where I live. Just passing on the knowledge.Thanks for taking us with you Sonny.✌💗

Those little trinket trays have ammonite fossils in them. Some of them are pretty pricey for their size. I have a vase made of stone with fossils.

Hahahaha-- the last time I took my son with me, he picked up a counter top butter churner. It was attached to a large mason jar. Turns out, it wasn't screwed on right, and CRASH! glass everywhere. Luckily, it was close to closing, and they came and swept it up pretty quickly.

It does look like a piece in Morano glass but I don't think it is It's a very interesting piece with the yellows the blues the orange very nice mid-century

I think it was Chinese and really didnt have any quality to it at all. It was too thick around the rim and you could see the pinch marks in it as well as the odd shaped bubbles in it.

The advantage Snoopy is a homemade piece during the 70 or 80s Is that somebody made an art class May bring 20 bucks on ebay Just because something are rare doesn't mean it's worth a lot
