You found some wonderful things! The wood baskets are beautiful. I've subscribed. Thanks for the info about the glitch on our subscriptions. The "knife" you found is a herb chopper and I believe yours is antique - a very special and beautiful find! Clean it in soapy water only and rinse well. Once it's dry, give both the handle and blade a light coat of mineral oil. I would use it only for decoration, but find a knife maker in your area and see what they have to say about use and care. Most are happy to share their knowledge. Originally, it would have come with a bowl that fit the size of the blade. Search "antique herb chopper with bowl" and you'll see what you have. It isn't safe for cutting anything except herbs, which require a light touch. With meats and cheeses, even pizza, use a regular knife, because the chopper can teeter back and forth, which may cause an injury. The brown crock you found is a vintage cheese pot. It would have come with a lid that matched and was held on by a metal wire hinge mechanism and that's why there are dents on side of the crock. Search "vintage brown cheese pot with lid".

Nice finds! I went to the Goodwill Outlet today & was disappointed. They didn’t do any rotations of bins & all of the hard-good bins were practically empty or mostly trash. I got there at opening & it looked like nothing had been refreshed from the previous day. I was there for 4 hours, I kept thinking they would bring out new ones but they never did, good think there were lots of clothes to look through!
