frogs are definitely an acquired taste, but so are unicorns. or "as my 12 1/2 and 10 yr old grandsons constantly ask "why do you only have old stuff, Loo Loo?" I love it because they are someones treasures from years past or family heirlooms etc. Plus I feel the things you collect are what makes your home unique to you

I love your idea of putting old family letters in the photo frames. When we were going through my grandmother's things after she died. there were a bunch of letters which she'd written (not sure how they came to be back in her possession though) and my mom wanted to toss them and I told her no, we were hanging on to those. She protested, saying they would be full of boring stuff like bargains she'd picked up at clearance sales or yard sales. I told her future generations would be able to learn about what interested her from them. And, well I like a good bargain, too, and here I am watching a video on someone who is looking for treasures at a thrift store, so we are pretty similar. I may have to use your idea , I have a wonderful packet of letters sent from my grandfather when I was a kid, which I saved for posterity.

Hi Danielle ~ I am so sorry about your burns. That hurts bad when it happens…. They look like they are healing really well…thank God ! I love those frames with the oval metal inserts also. The only one I have , ironically, is one that has my Dad as a toddler in it too! I couldn’t believe it when you mentioned it. My Mother-In-Law was a big FROG collector ! When she passed away my husband brought some home. They are outside figurines and sit on a stone wall in our back yard. It is okay with me, it reminds him of his Mom….I can’t say no…☹️ But no, not a fan of them! LOL!!! I am so glad you got that painting. Someone did a nice job on that. Nice haul as always. I can’t wait for your house tour for summer ! God bless !

Great finds! I too love that lamp with the white shade, it is gorgeous. I see the ones with green shades in my thrift shops but they are so expensive and I don't want green, that white is perfect. i don't like frogs either, but I love your sweet dog!

I love the lawyer lamp with the pull chain, I also like the sound it makes when you pull it to turn on. L. O. L. I thought I was the only one. You will get so much use from it. It’s so funny that your store still uses the old pricing gun price tags. My store not only has big printed out stickers, as of recently their price tags have a security tag underneath of the price tag.

Your music is so so relaxing. I have always disliked frogs..I am scared of them. In high school we had to pass around a live snake..could do that but when it came to dissecting a frog I could not do…so you will be surprised I collect frog decor to make me less afraid.

This is my first time seeing your video. This store had some nice items. Some things were priced very high. I would have bought several items you passed up. That brass stand would be nice in a garden,with a grazing ball. The music was putting me to sleep. It seems too old for someone as young as you,although,it is beautiful it is chamber music,intended to calm,which it does,but just a little too calming.
