Aww Patty! Thanks so much for the kind comment. ☺️ I'm so glad you enjoy my video style and my finds. I've always loved decorating and switching up my decor. Anytime anybody would come to my house they would ask where I got something, and couldn't believe I found it thrifting for so cheap. So I figured I would start documenting my finds and how I use them in my house. I have had many of my friends say they "tried thrifting" once or twice but never could find anything. I always tell them they need to stop in at least once or twice a week if they really want to find what they're looking for. ☺️👍💗 I hope you're having a great week Patty and thanks again.

Yes that blue bowl caught my eye too. I thought the filigree pot thingy looked nice paired w it. I have some muticolored short lil candles I would have placed 1 inside and paired the two on small table together. Glad you noticed that bowl also. It had been taken care of nicely.

Hey Jessica! Sometimes things just don't "speak" to you and window shopping is fun too! I would always find myself trying to organize spaces because they were too messed up! !! Selling on line is something I never tried. I'm not sure I ever will, but I was considering it just to declutter my home. Thanks for your honesty, everyone else gives the impression it is so easy. At the 48 second mark there was a lovely French pâté bird (that's what an Aunt who had lived in Paris called it) for $3.99 that was used to hold quail liver pâté . Also loved the 'heated' nfant plate at the 8:00 mark. We had one and loved it. You put hot water in the bottom part and it keeps the food warm for the child

You could always have a yard sale some weekend when you need to have a decor change or acquire too much stuff. I am a collector also and need to thin out my inventory. I like it that you are buying for yourself. Lots of good decor ideas and you can always change it whenever you want. I like it that you are not a reseller...some of them are very greedy.

Though not a featured find, the 70s flower canvas might've found a home with me. Not sure where....but it was so big and crazy it could work. Almost had an Argento "Suspiria" or Kubrick "Clockwork Orange" vibe. The two glass topped tables would work in a room with such a vibe. The basket set, with the fruit motif, would've looked good with 70's Franciscan pattern Fresh Fruit. The big green glass bowl was just this side of great.

So true resale can be stressful. A lot of what I call behind the scenes goes on that people dont have appreciation for. A trill of the hunt sometimes. It's like being a personal shopper🤪😊. I been doing it for over 15years. I do both New and used items. On this trip I seen some interesting items but nothing I would have picked up. The home goods lantern thing next to the blue bowl would be an easy local resale for me by just repainting it with a profit of at least 5$ which is still something but sometimes not worth it when you have to revamp something.🤷 Goes back to the whole ...all that work that goes into behind the scenes thing.
