Um no they are not! He is absolutely correct! From the manual 23+ or - 3ft lbs I will help you that is between 20 and 26 ft lbs.

I have gotten to the part where you smack it with a hammer and it will not come loose. I mean I have literally beat the shit out of the thing with a rather large hammer and nothing..

Go outside and put your damper governor cup bolts back in, bolt your puller back in and bang the on a concrete or hard rock, took me 5-6 hard blows on a big solid rock, you will hear the halves split apart and be able to remove the damper after you unscrew bolts back out.

where can I get a pair of the pliers like your using on the circlip? Also, do you have a follow-up demonstration of the opening tool?
@@mattroebuck4903 I recently did a weight change on my P Drive for the 900 turbo and dampener cover did not come apart quite as easy .. it looked to be as if it was pressed fit in the shaft. So I just did weights and couldn’t do the spring upgrade any thoughts on how to remove the dampener cover?

Is there a spring guide in the bottom of the moveable sheave? Or do the spring just sit inside the bottom of the sheave?

where can you find these new tools..Im doing clutch work in a few weeks and would like to get these tools
