Well I think you’ve got this suggestion already but perhaps you could try and rebuild Oxford united, well I say this because their manager Buckingham, happened to be managing in here in India prior to joining Oxford. He managed Mumbai city and won the league with them. His managerial skills pretty evidently are top notch and it’ll be interesting to see how they fair in the championship. Also I’m a big fan of the channel, been a subscriber since it had 8k subscribers, didn’t know how I stumbled upon it but I’m glad I did.

1. Morale, make sure they're happy, contracts are good, & most importantly they get gametime, this is a must so that they stand the best chance of improving 2. Coaching system, buy coaches with as many stars as possible, don't worry about the bronze, silver or gold that doesn't matter 3. Development Plan, make sure you stay on top of it, update it eevery 6 months at least to whatever training plan makes them improve the fastest 4. Pray you've done enough that dynamic potential will work it's magic!

I’ve already explained this once to you When I try new stuff, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, when it doesn’t work the smart thing is to avoid doing it again because this is my job, & if the videos don’t do well.. I don’t get much money for them which is kind of what I need to pay the bills, shopping, yano living.. so when videos do well I take note of what kind of videos they are & then I try to make more of them because people obviously enjoy them I’ve tried to do new stuff, unfortunately most of them have been flops, player videos, randomising the UCL, the Saudi pro league takeover, building the best team in FC 24, building a team of World Cup winners etc. As for you saying I ignore people’s comments & idea’s.. you have to be taking the piss considering the fact I’ve done SO many peoples requests this year, I try to reply to everyone’s comments too, I know full well you guys are the reason I’m the in position I’m in & I ALWAYS show my gratitude, just because sometimes I aren’t doing someone’s idea that doesn’t mean I’m not showing appreciation.
