Idea: Premier League but MLS format Teams that are eligible for NL North and NL South relegation should be have their own conference. E.g: Manchester United, they can technically be in NL North if Ten Hag wasn't sacked. Arsenal can technically be in NL South since they're from London. or Champion League but only clubs from the capital cities like Arsenal, Real Madrid, Benfica and more.
