Not even a single wedge!? Without a doubt the 420SEAC should have been in there. Until recently I owned a 420SE, one of the development cars for the 420SEAC, it'd been in our family for over 20yrs, incredible car and a perfect example of what TVR is/was.

Until today I remember when I was 13 I made my dad to stop by a TVR dealership in the UK just so I could sit in one. I only knew TVR from Gran turismo at that time. Sat in a 350c. The sales lady made me guess where the door handle was and she was so friendly in explaining the stats. Until now I still remember that day. As a huge fan, TVR I wish you the best.

I grew up living near a TVR and Scimitar dealer from 1970-1985. I saw the evolution of TVR cars. Sometimes at the dealer they were moving them around. A sight and sound I'd never forget. Over the years, nag nag nag went my mind. Now, my heart, memory and brain nag can relax. I own a TVR Griffith 500HC. Just the sound of it takes me back.

I bought my first TVR in 1979; it was a 1968 mk1 Vixen which had previously featured in the UK TV adventure show ‘The Saint’, starring Roger Moore. In this episode it was racing against a Marcos, another UK independent manufacturer although neither were identified by their real names in this episode. The car was a real pleasure to drive, it only had a 1600cc Ford Xflow engine, but was highly tuned, so in a light weight chassis was also responsive and nimble.

TVRs are like the cool cars only the well informed know about. And what a reward knowing about them is! My personal favorite is the 90's Griffith. Nothing less than sculpture and now that they are as old as they are, they can finally be imported to the US. There's just that issue about the steering wheel being on the right. Still, small price to pay to drive that piece of rolling art and testosterone.

Responsive in the sense that it seems more blippy and free revving compared to the standard 4.0 without losing too much power. I've been tempted by upgrades from RG, Str8Six and Power, but could only justify that if mine went pop. Maybe I should be less careful warming it up >;)

Tvr need a Mercedes amg engine. V8 and V12 and highlight it how Paganini did with the Zonda. Sure Mercedes won't mind for a price and that it represents them well. So there for I'd suggest using their name in order to show that the car is strong and it's serious. Then let tvr deal with the sound situation. Carbon is fairly cheap these days, sure use Brexit with the Chinese, they'll do everything you want and ship it door your door. All they need is measurement design a they'll make it. This the only way I see tvr being saved. It's not iconic as lotus, so it can be scavenged for parts else where. But it does have a name like lotus which doesn't seem to burn out. These cars have a name. It needs an audience. Bet you could build something similar to what I've discredit and on the market for less that 100k utilizing British ideas, Chinese manufacturing and German engineering. Ten years I can see people having these on finance just like Aston martins. Need direction. Not to follow the direction where it crashed last time. Beautiful, elegant sleek. Yet sound totally devilish. I have a few ideas for this company. Be cool to talk to someone from the company. Share ideas Won't never happen though. Sadly P.s I would use a damaged t305 chassis and body as the prototype

Smart sleek, quiet. But is capable of ripping a lions heart out at any moment and someone attainable to a large group of people. Plus how good would a tvr be that's very reliable that's your able to live with day to day. The Germans provide that pretty well and those engines can sound utterly monstrous or timid like a mouse. Perfect mixture!
