When Douglas whistles, "Good evening, you three! Aren't we all a fine sight?" the narrator refers to him as Donald. When Douglas passes through Elsbridge, he is missing his brake pipe. When the engines parade past Thomas, Percy and Toby, there are a couple of whistle/horn sounds: Mavis has Class 40's horn sound. Bill has Bill's whistle sound. Ben has Ben's whistle sound. Donald has Donald's whistle sound. Oliver has Oliver's whistle sound. Douglas has Douglas's whistle sound. James has James's whistle sound. Gordon has Gordon's whistle sound. Edward has Edward's whistle sound. In Toby's 3rd close-up, his face is loose. In the close-up of Thomas' driver, Thomas appears to be pulling a red coach instead of Annie. In the Dutch dub, the audio is out of sync. When Thomas and Percy first leave Elsbridge, Toby is not in his siding, but Henrietta is still there, and his bell can be heard. In addition, they went the opposite way when they went to the station, rather than follow the other engines. In the UK dub, when the Fat Controller calls, "Silence!" he sounds muffled both times. In the US dub, he sounds clear. In the close-ups of the Fat Controller giving the announcement, Duck's funnel is a different shape and his face is missing. Some of the engines' eyes are misaligned in the horizontal scan of Tidmouth Sheds. In the close-up of Thomas at Tidmouth Sheds, Percy's right lamp iron is bent. In the Danish dub, when Thomas and Oliver are shunting coaches, the narrator mistakes Oliver for Percy. When Thomas starts talking to Oliver, some of the steam from his funnel disappears, indicating a film cut. The buffers Thomas destroys are placed quite a distance ahead of where the track actually ends. When Thomas goes through the buffers they go underneath his wheels, but in the next shot, they are on top of his running board. Both pieces of the buffers fall off when Thomas rolls down the embankment, but when he crashes through the wall, the piece on the left side of his running board (viewer's right) has reappeared. Henry's lamp is not on the lamp iron. As Henry leaves Elsbridge, one of his bogie wheels is loose. When James leaves Elsbridge, his eyes are misaligned. The overhead shot of the engines in the Big City shed appears to be mirrored, as indicated by the fact that Thomas, Henry and Duck's lamps are on the wrong sides of their fronts and that Toby's bell is on the wrong side of his roof. At Elsbridge, and the Big City shed, Percy's cab roof is lifted slightly.

2:57 not all buffers have to be placed at the very end of the tracks, some buffers are sometimes set at little bit away from the actual end of the line so say Percys' truck broke away and rolled into the buffers if they were at the very end they just slip off but if they're moved forward it applies friction so it slows it down and doesn't cause any damage

The wrong whistles and horns have always kind of bugged be but I've always accepted it as a weird season 4 thing. There's an episode that starts with Thomas coming in to Elsebridge with Edward's whistle, then Sir Topham Hatt tells him how on time he is. Then there's the episode Steamroller where Sir Handle is running along side Thomas at the beginning who then has James' whistle. I love season 4 it's one of my favorite seasons but what bugs me about this episode like a sore thumb is how Douglas is referred to as Donald. I get that they're twins but that's clearly a 10 in shot on his tender, it's hard for me to not notice.

Why do you guys complain too much about goofs? Why not just enjoy the episode?! My mom always told me not to point out people's mistakes because that makes them angry and they won't want to be your friends, but rather accept who they are (since I'm a Christian I can't point out people's mistakes like that). Did anyone else's parents teach them that? Also, there were 2 scenes that you guys missed that had goofs. One where Thomas was showing off Oliver the mistake he made once (before he hit the buffers that is), and the other where he's talking to Percy in the US on the roundabout.
