Fun Fact: In the actual lore, Hades and Demeter nearly caused an apocalypse during their fight over Persephone. Demeter threatened Hades to cause massiv droughts in order to flood the Underworld with souls. Hades countered with threatening to simply open the gates and let the souls straight back out into the mortal world. To prevent this, Zeus had to play divorce lawyer.

@@slimmz6491 Zeus was partly blamed for this debacle. Hades was indeed shy or had no idea how to approach Persephone, so he went to Zeus for permission to marry her. Depending on which version is accurate, Zeus never bothered to tell Demeter or "advise" his bro to abduct her, just like many of his affairs.

besides hades being persefone's uncle, which was a pretty normal thing back then, depending on the version, persefone was kidnapped, but others that she went voluntarily, and most of the versions say that she didnt want to leave hades or the underworld, only forced by her mother to come out every six months and go back in six months, and to be fair hades, that i can remember, never cheated on her, in the love side of things hades is pretty much the best of the male gods, and probably top five over all gods. demeter was worse about persefone not doing what she wanted, granted she did for the good of her daughter, btw zeus daughter too(demeter was pretty much forced to it), but is still control over her and the one to threaten with a massacre in the first place...so yeah demeter had it rought, but her negative attitude was almost worst than what hades did and in case she did go willingly, demeter was absolutely in the wrong.

Come on man, it’s spelled in the comic… you’re right though, hades was probably the best of the 3 of them. Zeus was just kind of an asshole, Poseidon too. You know once he had a kid with Gaia? Yeah… that child ended up being his own uncle. Let that set in. Hades kinda got a raw deal and he didn’t really do much wrong at least in comparison

this is so mythologicley inaccurate (sorry for my bad spelling) so what was inaccurate was 1, Hades appearance, he is not a skeleton, and he does not wear hoodies, he wears a black robe with real human skulls on it and he is not sweet... at all... and he cheated on persephone... multiple times... 2, i'm pretty sure when Hades wanted persephone he kidnapped her, (that's the story I know) 3 and no, Hades is not the god of death, *Thanatos* (The grim reaper) is, Hades is the god of the *Underworld* . 4 I'm pretty sure you go to the underworld when you die, not the heavens, because the underworld has three parts, the fields of punishment(self explanatory) asphodel (for the normal souls) and elysium (for the heros and such) and I've never heard of a greek hero go to the heavens I'll come back with the other mistakes later.
