@@Job0121 Atlantic grouper is the same thing as goliath grouper, they are found in the tropical, and subtropical waters off the coast of Florida. they rarely venture past central Florida, so to answer your question no they cannot be found in the northeast. trust me if I could catch those things where I live I would be going out every day for them lol.
