Fun video, but seriously, it comes down to an understanding for what's important to good shooting. Here we see what happens when shooters do not have a steady position, having no experience with the elements of a steady position: bone/artificial support, muscular relaxation, and natural point of aim. All shooters muscled their rifles which causes wobble and when the "coach" told shooters to shoot upon exhale things were sure to go south, since good shots are only possible when shooters shoot during natural respiratory pause, which is an unconscious act. Thinking about breathing precludes thinking about what's really important: pointing the rifle with consistent sight alignment and pulling the trigger without disturbing aim utilizing SMOOTH trigger control. One more thing, if shooters adjusted for natural point of aim, the shooters could easily have pulled the trigger smoothly without disturbing aim, and if they followed through on their shots, they could have called their shots to understand shooter error to preclude more misplaced shots.
