Doves, off the bone, wrapped in bacon with a chipotle raspberry glaze on the grill is how I like to make them and they come out amazing. Use to use jalapeños but damn after using the chipotle raspberry sauce for a glaze I don't think I'll go back.

Never hunted for ring neck dove, only the morning dove. I have to wonder if there is any difference in the taste. I really like the blind idea, and yet I was thinking it would be very uncomfortable, and hard to shoot out of, but it was a success to a degree, that surprised me. Killer recipe!

This is a challeng for Flair. As kids we only had BB guns. But we'd load the 880's with 10-15 BBs that was our bird shot. Try that. It worked but was hard. Itd be fun for you
