After following these steps and allowing audience sharing between child accounts and the MCC, how long do you need to wait before a child account has an audience from the MMC available to use? I seem to remember from previous experience it is not instant. Thanks!

I was able to successfully share my audiences/segments from my old account to the MCC, but how do you share it down from the MCC to the new account?

Hi Eric, first make sure that you're in the MCC rather than the ad account. If they're still not there, you might want to check your access level and make sure you're allowed to edit audiences. Hope that helps!

hey! can you keep collecting audiences to the "original" google ads site tag while sending the data to the new account? can you also share that with youtube audiences? (audiences that watched video, etc)

Hi there, yes you can! The audiences will continually accrue in the original account and are updated in the account they're shared with almost as if they're from the new account. As for KZbin, those lists can technically be shared, but only if you have the KZbin account linked to the new account. Hope that helps!

Hi there, the sharing process should be the same. That said, make sure your individual account qualifies for Customer Match audiences. There are some requirements you have to hit before you can use them in any account. support.google.com/adspolicy/answer/6299717?hl=en

Yes! During the set up process, you should be able to choose which audiences are shared to the child account from a dropdown. If that's not showing up, you might want to reach out to support to get it sorted. Hope that helps!
