Great video! I have some questions. When determining the average cost per conversion for filtering the negative keywords to add do you also include shopping and brand campaign? With brand campaign the CPA will of course be much lower. Also you didn't mention when and how to add good keywords in the keywords list. I mean if it has a good CPA do you simply add it to the keywords directly with the same match type or you make the matchtype more narrow if it's broad for example?

Are you using a call tracking tool? Add in conversion value data for calls under a threshold duration i.e 30 seconds or don't label them as conversions.

The interface is new. You may have something different because Google may be testing somting new etc.
