Great video Erich. Excellent insights. I was curious to ask about the reviews. What if a person or multiple people scan a QR Code to leave a Google review, and most say they can’t log in to their Google Accounts because they don’t remember their credentials? I have heard that this has happened multiple times to many businesses. I don’t know if there’s an alternative way, but do you guys have any ideas on how to proceed?

Hey @mariocoppola429. Thank you for your question. Yes, to write a review for any business on Google My Business, you need to be logged in your Google Account. Other way, would be to collect reviews in general, in your website for a example, but this would have nothing to do with Google Business Profile.

How do I report a GBP that someone else has falsely claimed ownership of, but it's actually a variation of my business profile? The fake owner even had the guts to change the NAP and business hours!!
